Twin Oaks is wonderful! They treat our Chow Chows so well. Rather than stereotyping them based on their breed, they got to know them first and it’s been the best vet experience they (and I) have had in 10 years.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about the entire team at Twin Oaks! We brought in a stray who had clearly been through a lot—underweight, raw paw pads, and an infected mouth. From the very first visit, Dr. Chelsea (filling in for Dr. Hauser) and the entire staff treated him with such compassion and care. And that same compassion and care has extended as Dr. Hauser has seen his course of treatment through! So no matter what, your fur babies are in great hands here. Mr. Griff got everything he needed to start healing, and for several weeks we came in twice weekly for bandage changes as his paws recovered.

Very happy with the entire experience! All of the staff is so friendly and helpful, even with my difficult, reactive dog. They have always been understanding and so willing to help! I would recommend them to anybody!
