Syphard Construction was recommended to us and so glad we worked with them on some water damage to our downstairs powder bathroom. We had a new toilet installed and installation of new laminate flooring and we love the results. They were always available to answer any questions and were so knowledgeable along the way while being flexible with our schedule. I highly recommend using Syphard Construction. After our condo sustained significant water damage from a pipe breaking, we were lucky enough to happen upon Brian Syphard, who actually became more like a partner in our remodel than a contractor. He was always accessible, honest, realistic about timeframe for the work, and provided excellent advice and guidance. His project manager Roger was incredible and went above and beyond for my family. They replaced all flooring, stair treads, much of the dry wall, and facilitated whole house repaint. Workmanship was great and they were committed to making sure we were satisfied.
