Requested style: I showed Shelby a picture of a style I loved and she NAILED IT! Shelby is amazing! She also cut my 23 year old son's hair and he said he will never go to anyone else. I strongly refer Shelby!
Ended up with a great experience with Farrah! We came in at 6 and the girl that checked us in was kinda rude. She told us it was a 50 min wait and they closed at 7pm…we were like okay, my husband just needed a haircut, so put us on the list , and she rolled her eyes. It kinda made us mad so we left. Luckily Farrah called us and told us we were ready at 6:30 and she was able to get us in and taken care of. Great customer service by her!
I've been using Great Clips for more years than I'll tell.I always search for the salon that makes me feel special beyond "welcome to Great Clips" as I walk in. Most of them do, but the Lake Wylie salon is awesome.Danielle makes you feel like she's known you since Grammer school. She is a very talented stylist, and I'm sure her coworkers are as talented, too.But I like someone I can trust and feel comfortable to cut my hair. Thanks Danielle.
