CaroMont Urgent Care - Lake Wylie

Everyone was so nice to me, the doctor was absolutely wonderful. She also referred me to a primary care doctor, which was very much appreciated. I appreciate everything she did for me explaining and how to take care of myself for seven days while on medication I wouldn’t go anywhere else

This review is more than earned! I never write reviews unless my experiences are exceptional or extremely horrible. This one is by far exceptional. The entire place was clean and sterile but what really impressed me was how incredibly sweet and kind every person who I encountered. Especially the lady at the front desk who I unfortunately cannot remember her name. I felt so cared for and great bed side manner with the by the Doctor and nurse! All this means a lot to me when I’m being seen by a medical facility. I will definitely be back again and telling family and friends to come as well! Thank you so very much to the entire staff today!

I have used Caromont Urgent Care in Lake Wylie since it's opening (& in Steele Creek prior to this location); the office in Lake Wylie has always provided exceptional care & professionalism. A Huge thank you to Ellen H. (PA-C) for the action she took last Friday with her recommendation that I go to the ED; it literally saved my life.
