The store is well stocked and clean. Unfortunately, in my 5 or more times visiting in the last 2 years, no one greets you, offers to help or check you out when you have items in hand. I purchase items from the Charlotte NC store. At Kiawah, I don't purchase anymore since no one has the time.

Absolute worst experience ever. Went into the store with a few friends, tested a few products and then decided to leave, and after walking out of the store one of the workers completely humiliated my guest and accused her of stealing something. We emptied our pockets and showed the inside of our other shopping bags, and she gave us the dirtiest look and rudest stare, replying “ok” with no apology whatsoever. Extremely disappointed and will never shop here again.

This is the only Bluemercury store I've visited, but it was great! I was out of an eye makeup remover at home. They carried what I needed online at Bluemercury.com, so I decided to go to the store to see if they had it in stock there. This location didn't have what I needed, but a helpful sales associate recommended another product to me that works just as great. This is a convenient location for makeup and beauty products with plenty of parking. I received a few free samples with my purchase. I dislike that Bluemercury only takes credit cards. I asked about this and was told it was unrelated to COVID; it's been company policy. I had preferred to use cash.
