Our heat pump stopped working during cold weather. After calling Kershaw Heating and Cooling, the technician came within a couple of hours and made the necessary repairs. All is well and back to warm. Many thanks to Ken and crew for timely response and repair!!
Our renters received an extremely high power bill. I called Kershaw Heating and Cooling and they were out there checking the unit as soon as the weather permitted. The rain held them up a day and I appreciate them explaining to me that the rain could mess the unit up even more so they wanted to wait until it was not raining to look in the unit.
