I know the local owner. That's not always a sign of great service. However, as always, Ken and team got my mom's AC working in the hottest days of SC. Then immediately ordered and replaced her unit all within maybe 10 days tops. Proud to have businesses like this you can always depend on!

The owner is awesome. Came out for an estimate and ended up crawling under the house and made a quick repair. Although in great shape. I’m sure he could have gotten a younger guy to do it. Leads by example. My new company

Had a problem with our system due to foundation work being done. The return duct and the duct to my bedroom had been damaged. They sent out their duct guy who was good. And made the repairs. Great service and thank you
