I highly recommend Patriot Home Inspections. I needed an inspection done within my 2 week due diligence time frame. I called 5 other home inspectors and no one was available for weeks out. Mr. Miles was very prompt and he did a great job on the inspection! Even with our backgrounds in construction, he still found things that we did not see at first. I'm so thankful for the professionalism and the detailed work that was done on my inspection. Money well spent! The report was VERY detailed and the pictures that went along with the descriptions, were amazing! I couldn't be happier! If I could rate 10 stars, I would do so!

Hubert Miles was not only polite and professional. He was also extremely knowledgeable, up-to-date on building codes and regulations, and thorough with his work. I would recommend him to any of my friends and family.

Very friendly, professional, and thorough. The team took there time and inspected everything. Answered any questions that I had as well as pointed out things that I may need to be aware of that I would have never noticed. Provided me with a detailed inspection report along with photos of everything. Would highly recommend.
