Dr. Sydney and Dr. Caroline are truly amazing! Each brings her own unique style of adjusting, which makes every visit tailored to how you’re feeling that day or in that season of life. I’ve also loved the myofascial work and dry needling—both have been game-changers when my muscles were stubborn and needed a little extra TLC.
It’s local, women-owned, and women-run ??????—a true gem that makes Johns Island so special.

This was my first time at Art of Health and their team is very professional. They were pleasant on my arrival and carried that welcoming atmosphere throughout my visit. Dr. Perez was quite knowledgeable and listened to my concerns and expectations. Can't wait for the next visit.
I was a candidate for surgery after herniating a disc in May - a path I did not want to go down. As a new mom, an equestrian, and an active person overall, I was overwhelmed as to what to do. I met with Dr. Sydney, and the rest is history. My first appointment I came crawling in basically - I couldn’t sit, could barely stand; nothing was without excruciating pain.
