We were in a very tight time frame of due diligence on a house we had under contract. Inspections reports led us to believe that mold was a possibility. I contacted Alan on Friday. Saturday he was at the house taking samples and FedExing to the lab. He called in a favor and the lab did a 1 day turnaround. Result? Mold. Dangerous mold. Alan walked us thru the reports, answered all of our questions and educated us on the subject. Absolutely fantastic customer service, friendly and helpful to work with.
