    It has been over 3 months since we dropped off my rug AND cash payment for cleaning. Unable to get my rug or payment back. The owner, Tom Murray, frequently doesn't answer or return calls/texts. Then, when he finally responds, he asks for patience and promises to deliver the next day. Then, he ghosts you again. I am making a police report. I highly advise you to use ANY other rug cleaner.

    Tom is not a good guy he abuses time very unprofessional and is not worth your time as well as his wife very very unprofessional people and they don’t actually clean rugs they just use water dish detergent and old rags don’t come hereServices: Area rug cleaning

    BEWARE!!!! I called this company Feb 6th to see about cleaning my area rug. Barbara seemed so nice and helpful and I was so excited to give my business to a local company instead of a big name. They picked up my rug in Feb 7th and told me it would be 2 weeks and it would be returned. I finally got my rug back on April 22nd after calling a few times. When I opened it up it had never been touched. I was shocked it never got cleaned! I called Tom right away and told him my concern and he said he would send his guy right back to pick it up because he wanted a chance to make it right and make sure it was clean.
