We had a hickory in our front yard that unfortunately started showing signs of rot in the trunk and roots, inside and out. Jacob was out very quickly to get it looked at, and after confirming it needed to come down, provided a very reasonable quote, thoroughly explained the job, and made sure all my questions were answered. Even though they were booked pretty far out, he identified it as a high priority removal, and they were able to get us on their schedule within a couple weeks.
