The Spa at Sweetgrass and their amazing team (Emily & Alyssa) made magic happen when I rushed in for a rush service to help with pain in my back and shoulder. Raymond worked on me for 30 minutes in the target area and I immediately was relieved of pain and discomfort. On a side note, the massage beds are the most comfortable I have ever been on. The Spa itself is beautiful and kept pristine. I plan to make this my #1 spot for deep tissue massages.

Locals from Mount Pleasant and Charleston need to be made aware of what they're missing. Best spa around! Almond with amazing prices for massages, facials and body services there is an outside private garden with a huge hot tub and beautiful areas to sit and relax. There are also cabanas that can be rented in the garden for groups. They have 2 areas to wait for services - one area has the most comfortable zero gravity chairs and infra red saunas and the other indoor area is by the outdoor garden with a kitchenette including spa water, tea and snacks. Great location in Isle of Palms with beautiful views and pools. The restaurant and bars are nice. It's a pricey stay. However, you can stay onsite with plenty to do. Small store and coffee shop. Boutique, and real estate in case you want to buy a piece of paradise. Short walk to the ocean. Call ahead to rent beach chairs if you don't bring your own.
