I had the absolute best time in the spa, the woman at the desk made it all so incredible, Sophia was kind, helpful, polite, and we will be recommending this spa to all our local friends looking for a place to come and enjoy your incredible services, my husband loved his massage and my daughter had so much fun relaxing for a spa day with mom!
My facial was great however they do try to upsell you on the spot ahead of your facial by $100 over original service booked. Was not made aware that with facial purchase you had access to the spa amenities for the day but since my appt was at the end of the day they offered me privileges to use the following day as well. I dont think i would personally bother with a purchase of a day pass to use the zero gravity chairs, sauna, plunge pool, shower etc as to me these areas were less of a value/a bit underwhelming than many other resort spa locations that I attended. They were nice add on resources to your service but dont think i would buy just that. Overall great experience...read full review
I really enjoyed my visit. The spa was clean, relaxing, and had so many great amenities. Jade was my massage therapist, and she did an excellent job. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. I came with a group, and the staff made all of us feel welcome, comfortable, and well taken care of. I highly recommend this spa and will definitely be back!
