I was especially impressed with Dr. Willoughby and vet tech Sadie!
The doctor was informative, friendly and I certainly believed her very competent.
Sadie was especially caring and compassionate. She carefully demonstrated how to clean my German Shepard Teddy Bear’s ears and apply the medication. Of course Teddy didn’t appreciate the attention to his most infected ear but Sadie was gentle and reassuring. I would not have been able to properly treat Teddy with a simple explanation which I would have expected from most veterinary practices. Take your dog in the back then provide a simplistic explanation of the procedure.

We recently brought our older Boston Terrier in and our experience was great. From the time that I called to request an appointment they were very friendly, thoroughly addressed all concerns and provided great care for our fur baby. Highly recommend!
We love Well Pets Clinic. From emergency services to last minute vaccine needs (poor planning on my part) they always take care of our baby. We saw a “chain veterinarian” with our previous dog and felt like everything was about money with them. Love that our Lulu feels like part of a family here.
