My family and I always use Mr. Nick’s Car Wash on St Andrews Rd. This morning I had a problem with the wash likely due to extremely cold weather AND user error on my part. Called the # provided and immediately received a return call from the owner. He provided fantastic customer service, and I ended up getting my SUV washed with no time lost. The consistent high quality of the actual car wash and the prompt, excellent customer service are what keep my family and me returning frequently. Great car wash, and great customer service!
For a quick drive-thru wash, it does the job, however I had a case of some weird mold? from the trees in my neighborhood. The services at the drive-thru Wash were not enough to remove this crud. I had to purchase some turtle wax and hand wash. Regardless, if you're car is minimally dirty the service works.
Fantastic place for a wash! Unfortunately, I was not thinking what I went through, I left my antenna on. The owner came over after the wash was done and told me not to worry about it, as he would give me a new antenna and have it replaced. His word was true. Thank you for the great customer service and wash. I can't wait to get back for my next wash! .
