While some patients have had positive experiences with the caring staff and quality of care, others have expressed concerns about unexpected out-of-pocket costs, even with insurance coverage. Overall, Irmo Smiles aims to deliver comprehensive dental services in a patient-friendly setting.
Always enjoy my time at Irmo Smiles whether it's for just a cleaning or even a crown and fillings which I had done recently. Dr. Raman and Robin did an awesome job and were great company. It's always good to see everyone there especially twice within the 6month window but that also encourages me to step up my oral hygiene and night guard game 😆.
I am new to the area and didn’t know what to expect. I was very pleased with my visit. The staff was top notch! Very friendly and informative. The equipment used was state of the art. I would definitely recommend Irmo Smiles to anyone looking for dental work
Not sure about anybody else out there but I struggle with an irrational fear of all things related to doctors - What an amazing experience unlike any other I’ve had in the medical profession - Robin, Donna, and Dena are my heroes and Dr. Raman was simply the best, it was extremely comforting to connect with such fine people that care about their work and the patient experience, I never once felt judged, only compassion and understanding, so stop putting off your next dental visit, avoid the corporate places that treat you like a number, and check out Irmo smiles, you will not be disappointed!
