The amount of calls and text hounding me to confirm an appt is utterly ridiculous. I’m an adult I haven’t missed an appt with Irmo Smiles ever. Yet they continue to lump good customers in with bad ones to the point I’m leaving and finding another dentist. OVERBEARING comes to mind.

I broke my front tooth late Tuesday afternoon around 3:30pm. I moved to Columbia SC about 1 year ago. I have not made it a priority to find a new dentist. I have passed Irmo Smiles many times traveling around town. I always commented on how nice the office looked and would say to myself, "I need to make an appointment at Irmo Smiles to have my teeth cleaned". Well, unfortunately I needed a dentist for an emergency procedure before I established myself as a patient at a local dentist office.
