I have a complaint. I have been sending emails about what needs to be done at my house but, it seems to be swept under the rug or say no it supposed to be like that. The crack they came to fix is still there above the sliding door, the other one on the wall so so, I still think the floor is unlevel upstairs among other things. But, I see people at my neighbors house all the time fixing stuff there. Now I know some of it is great southern fault. But, it just seems they are getting everything taken care of by any means. The 2nd phrase of Livingston place is a hot mess. They threw those houses up so fast and close is why I have so much problems and they won’t fix them....read full review

We moved in this house in October. Yes, it has rained but I had to turn the water sprinkler system off (has been for months). This yard is a mess. I'm giving them time to respond before the news station comes.Service: Landscaping

Stopped by to view a model home. I enjoyed the visit. So many options available. Community will be small and that is a major plus. I can't remember the lady's name who was there Judy maybe, she did a wonderful job in explaining the features.
