CFC is an extraordinarily professional company with many years of experience, installing hardwood floors and sanding existing ones. I am so pleased with the job they did in my house, here in Columbia. I bought this house from the 50s, which has a very large kitchen, but had linoleum floors with hardwood underneath. I wanted to remove the linoleum and sand the floors to match the rest of the house. The result was beyond my wildest dreams. I purchased a 75 yr old house far from where I currently live. The red oak floors were very orange and had white paint and pet stains.
William Miller did an incredible job sanding and staining a lighter, more brown tone finish throughout the entire house. They look better than I ever expected. He kept me updated all along with pictures and messages.
Next they replaced the subflooring in my kitchen and installed luxury vinyl tile. The end result being another amazing transformation!!

CFC refinished our floors on the bottom floor and installed hardwood flooring in our guest bedrooms in October, 2024. I am just now getting around to doing a review due to an an unforeseen accident. They did a wonderful job and we were well pleased. William, the owner, was very easy to work with. His brother, Ben, was very knowledgeable, and explained the process. He took so much pride in the refinishing and installment of the flooring. They were very professional; always there when they said they would be, and cleaned up their work mess everyday, which amazed me. Ben’s helper, Ashum, was just as invested in doing a good job.
