Sam and Jack were fantastic!!! Went downstairs because I heard water and found my water heater busted. Called Apple and they were literally out there within the hour and Christy help me get my water off when I called.
Upfront pricing and didn’t bother to get another quote because of the type of service I received!

For a Commercial site (coffee/light food) on 4/20/23 we needed a grease trap pumped when a construction crew was doing a lot of work there in Columbia. Apple quoted prior over the phone the price and a time was arranged for the driver to be there on this day. Apple delivered on everything they said including the $$$ for the final bill. On top of it the driver was courteous and had a great attitude for doing the kind of work he does. Great job Apple. I would call you again for any related needs in that area!!

The plumbers sent out were super nice and they got the problem fixed quickly. Their prices were very high compared to other local companies we have used in the past but, while we won't use Apple again, we did feel the level of service was top notch.
