They have the best staff. Every single person is friendly. My fur baby went in for what I thought was a sick visit. When she was seen they immediately knew what was wrong. She had to have emergency surgery. When I say they saved her life they absolutely did. They have the top notch vets and an amazing surgeon. She is back to her happy playful self
I am so impressed with how friendly all the vet techs and vets are. We especially love Dr. Vaughn. We were late getting our two dogs the treatment this year due to a death in the family, but there was no judgement from anyone. You can tell that they genuinely love animals.
I've only been coming here a short time; the first was to have them send my beloved doggo across the rainbow bridge, and now I'm bringing my two new cats here. Everyone is incredibly kind, even when everything is hectic and you have a cat that got spicy with herself and the staff. The vets, their assistants and technicians are perfectly knowledgeable and can say it all to me in human words. I have yet to see a grumpy face on or hear a harsh word said by any of the staff. I will continue to bring my pets here and recommend them 100%.
