I had a great experience at Woodies Auto Shop thanks to Marcus. He was very pleasant, professional, and easy to talk to from the moment I arrived. I came in with a check engine light on, and he quickly helped me get my car situated and explained what was going on in a way that was clear and reassuring. We took my wifes car to Woodies because tha A/C wasnt cooling properly. This was especially a problem when the car was hot feom being in the sun. They evacuated and refilled the system to factory specifications. They then kept the car overnight and let it get hot in the morning sun. The A/C performed perfectly. Each step was communicated to us by phone. When they were satisfied it was repaired correctly they called that it was ready. This was the best auto service i have ever had. I have been a licensed driver for 60 yrs
Can’t recommend Woody’s enough. They provided a great second opinion that saved me from having to replace my f150s whole transmission. Johnny was awesome and was thorough the whole time and provided detailed notes on everything else about my truck.
