Diane and Mike McAdams joined in Nov 2022 following their grandson, Logan who had joined the year before at age 5 1/2. Logan is now 10 and earned his Black Belt Nov 2024. He is almost halfway to his Second Degree Black Belt. Mike earned his Black Belt April 2025 and Diane recently earned hers Feb 14. Both of Logan’s parents, Ashley and Mike, are in it too since Nov 22. Ashley has her Black Belt and Mike is a recommended Black Belt soon to earn his. So the McAdams clan started at the youngest age 5 and Diane and Mike are the oldest at age 75 and 73, respectively. Many surgeries have not stopped them nor has their age. It proves that anyone can do Uprising to improve their flexibility and overall health. JOIN UPRISING NOW AND HAVE FUN!!
We had a wonderful experience in the Little Leaders program, and my son has now advanced to the beginner level with so much excitement. Mr. Barnes consistently brings patience, encouragement, and excellent teaching. The progress I’ve seen in my son even motivated me to enroll as well. Highly recommended for families looking for quality martial arts training.
