10/10 would recommend. Front desk was amazing at listening to my car issue and getting me in as soon as possible. Excellent customer service as soon as you walk in the door. Matt helped with my car and gave me a detailed breakdown and physically showed me what was happening/ going on. He also gave a very concise breakdown for solutions as well. Also have to note they looked into other things as well just to cover all bases. It's very hard to find folks these days who are honest and go the extra mile, therefore I GREATLY appreciated them. All around great experience. Would highly recommend.
I started to use Claflin after a neighbor had recommended! I always used the big chains and no matter what I went in for they also found some big expensive repair needed and I always felt I was being ripped off!! I’ve been so pleased witch all the people and service at Claflin! I trust them and they are priced much better than the big chains!! I will be a lifelong customer! My car broke down and I was visiting my son in South Carolina. He told me to take my car to claflins auto. I called and talked to Matthew. He got my car in right away. This was on a Thursday and I picked my car up Friday afternoon. They were all very friendly explained everything very well and even tried to work with an extended warranty that I had purchased. from a company called Headstart vehicle service contract which now I realize somehow I got scammed, but they worked with me and they were awesome. I will definitely take my car there again if I need to, and I would suggest them to everyone.
