I cannot speak highly enough about the folks at Macks Towing. They picked up my car in record time and the driver took it to their shop where it was immediately diagnosed and fixed in record time. They were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The price of the repair was very reasonable. Thanks guys! You are all awesome!
I can’t say enough about the shop. The employees are very professional, friendly and courteous. They are also very honest if I might add. I went in thinking I had a major problem and it was something very minor. I will definitely be a returning customer!
Mack's Towing was professional and the owner, Oliver Mack the fourth, was pleasant and instilled a confidence that he knew his job. He towed us from a gas station to the car dealer in Columbia since we lost our key FOB and Oliver went out of his way to make the entire ordeal a pleasant one (as pleasant as can be). It was the day after July 4th - very hot and busy, but Oliver was great, even offering a ride to get a rental car if needed.
