I can’t say enough about the shop. The employees are very professional, friendly and courteous. They are also very honest if I might add. I went in thinking I had a major problem and it was something very minor. I will definitely be a returning customer!
Mack's Towing was professional and the owner, Oliver Mack the fourth, was pleasant and instilled a confidence that he knew his job. He towed us from a gas station to the car dealer in Columbia since we lost our key FOB and Oliver went out of his way to make the entire ordeal a pleasant one (as pleasant as can be). It was the day after July 4th - very hot and busy, but Oliver was great, even offering a ride to get a rental car if needed.
My tow drive, Chris couldn’t have been more professional and so helpful when my car suddenly stopped while I was driving through Columbia, SC ( I was out of town passing through to my destination). I called my insurance company and Mack’s Towing came to my rescue. It was a Saturday and rental car options were very limited. They towed me to the Nissan dealership and I was very fortunate that Nissan was able to find the problem, fix it and get me on my way.I want to thank Chris with Mack Towing for being so helpful and kind.Service: Car towing
