My mom has been going there for a couple years now but a few days ago she got in a bad accident and I have tried calling since her accident like 5 times a day and leaving messages because she needs to get an appointment really badly if it weren’t for the fact that she loves her doctor i wouldn’t give 2 stars and wouldn’t be going there again

I have an extremely rare disease (.0000028 people in the world are thought to have it). Doctor John Pfeiffer and my Neurologist are the only 2 Doctors in all of the tri-state and surrounding areas who have aggressively and with great care attempted to help me. It's a shame that RMC is losing Doctor Pfeiffer! I don't know what I'm going to do. 😒

Found RMC Primary Care about 2 1/2 years ago. I loved Dr. Crickman! She is no longer with this practice. She took time with me as well as what I'm told from other patients of how she cared for others. Dr. Knuckman is a jewel! Really am satisfied with the care he provides. A very patient Dr and knows my needs... Very personable!
