We love Dixie's pick-up/delivery service for dry cleaning. Fairly priced, organized, professional and friendly. Misty went above-and-beyond to track down an item that was missing from my delivery. She quickly figured out the issue by process of elimination. She kept me up to date on her findings and never gave up. Seven months later, she delivered the "missing" item! We are very thankful and appreciate all of Misty's efforts. She admitted her mistake and worked for many months to make it right. I have used Dixie Cleaners pick-up service for years. They’re great. Their driver is friendly always on time and even leaves a treat for our dog Shadow when she delivers.Services: Delivery
I am a first time customer. Setting up the account was easy, pick up was when they said it would be and drop off was as they promised too. They even sent me a nice laundry bag for future orders. I loved the delivery option as I am very bad about getting to and from the dry cleaner.Services: Delivery
