Cody’s response time was unbelievable and he came out the next morning. He went above and beyond to get my air up and going again within 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend Payne & Sons to anyone for all of their HVAC needs. I hope his company grows and flourishes beyond his expectations! Thank you!
We had a rental call us at 7:30 pm saying the air conditioner isn’t putting out cool air. I called Payne and Sons after we hang up. Thinking it would be as least 3 days before he could swing by. He was on a job then, and said he could swing by our place after lunch the next day, and so he did! He fixed the problem. Our rental is happy and so are we. We’ve known Cody for years and he was brought up to respect people and it shows!! He’s a young company getting started so he works endless hours to please his customers. Thank you Cody Payne and Sons for a job well done!!
