I ordered flowers through Teleflora for a friend in Hartsville. Unfortunately, or as it transpired fortunately, they didn't have the flowers to make the arrangement I ordered. I received a call to let me know and ask if I would mind them creating a different arrangement which I did not. I described what I would like as an alternative. Later the same day, I received another call to verify some additional details. When my friend received the arrangement, she sent me a picture and I must say it exceeded all my expectations and was much prettier than the one I chose myself. Awesome service by Mitchel himself! He went above and beyond to deliver flowers to a location they don't normally deliver to. He called keeping me updated on the status. Since 1992 he has continued to provide excellent service and beautiful arrangements for me!

I ordered flowers from Mitchell's Floral Design for a funeral for my son-in-law's grandfather. I requested a "rustic" bouquet and my daughter just sent me a photo of the flowers--they are beautiful with curly reeds and other rustic touches.
