“Dr. Long is a very professional doctor. All his staff is not bad.
They have issues with sending in your prescriptions.

But I experience something totally different today.

I had an issue with a prescription, I had talk to one of his nurses. Jamie. After a month, you would have thought that somebody could have explain the issue to you.
I left a message saying “ I love my doctor, but I can’t put up with some of his workers!
Jamie call me, ask me did I have another provider? I told her if I did you would know. Then she call me back and said, are you keeping your appointment for the 17th? I then said, did I cancel it?
I told Dr. Long in Jamie present, I didn’t appreciate her trying to get rid of his patient. She got an altitude with me for telling the truth!!!
I don’t think no Doctor need nobody on his team that is trying to get rid of his patients.
She is of the DEVIL ? she will never put her hands on me! She walk out of the conversation, and said to me”what you do for a living”. Dr. Long said, I will take care of that! This is not the first time that I have issues with Jamie. She is very unprofessional!!! It’s ok to get education, but have common sense! Know how to treat people. Point blank ??“
