My 26 year old HVAC unit stopped heating and repair cost was 13% of new unit. Decided to have new American Standard unit installed. During installation of unit technicians discovered old ductwork under house was not sealed good at joints so all the old ductwork was also replaced. Installation of new unit and ductwork took 7 hours. The installation price was extremely good and technicians did excellent job cleaning up after installation. Mike did an outstanding job of explaining warranty details for new unit. The whole process was very easy and smooth. Gaineys did an outstanding job and all their employees did a great job.
Our heat was not working. Gainey’s Heating came out earlier than scheduled to install our new heat pump. Great job and followup. They even registered the unit so we would get the extended warranty.
On Christmas day my heat pump went out. Fortunately we had warm days and I had a fireplace. I called the people who had been servicing my unit but they never answered. I called Gainey's and they came out that day. Come to find out i had a hole in the inner coil ,there fore rendering the unit useless. They gave me a great price on a new unit and installed it the next day. The service I recieved was exceptional and professional. The price I received was great with no hidden fees.they handled everything even as far of registration of my new unit. If anyone want exceptional service I highly recommend Gainey's. I just can't praise them enough. Check them out.
