“We took or rehomed 9 month old wild child to Russ and Jack to train us on how to get Charlee to behave. She wouldn't come when called, sit, and pulled on her leash, among other issues. We were reticent on using the electronic collar at first, but it made training so quick and effective. She is now so well behaved, she is a delight to be around. We are so grateful we went there. They know dogs, and obviously love them.“
