We live out of state and are part time residents in SC. We have had Palmetto heating and air service our system for the past three years. They are very responsive, communicate effectively and are stand behind their work and commitments. They Provide emergency service as promised, even on a 4th of July weekend! We bought a home in Bluffton almost three years ago and Palmetto Heating & Air has serviced our HVAC unit from the start. We had to replace the system last year and their install crew did a great job. Sonny is our regular service tech and he is great to work with, very knowledgeable and friendly. We just moved to Jasper County, and Palmetto Heating & Air is the company that installed and maintains the HVAC system at our new home. We had a scheduled maintenance due so this is the first experience we've had with them.Glen was the technician, and it turns out he was one of the techs who installed & started up the new HVAC system recently, so he was familiar with the system and the home. He was prompt, polite and professional, and took care of re-strapping a duct that had come loose up in the attic, and changing the location of the filter per my husband's request so we could easily change it ourselves if needed, in addition to the regular maintenance.It was great...read full review
