They do a fantastic job of servicing my home regularly. The only complaint that I have is that their website isn’t t very good so it’s a bit harder to manage payments. Otherwise the actual performance and service is top notch.

Alfredo has been servicing our house for almost a year now. He is extremely thorough & knowledgeable! It’s always a pleasant experience with him & the team. He lets us know when he will be arriving, documents the services & even leaves a short video reviewing everything he treated that day along with a follow up of what to expect for the next service. We have been extremely happy with the service Vinx Pest Control provides & highly recommend them to anyone wanting the same painless process!

Tyler had excellent customer service skills with a thorough & professional attitude. He made sure the backyard was secure so my dog couldn't escape once he left. A company I used in the past left my gate open on two separate occasions, causing an unnecessary panic. I was also impressed he took the time to empty her water bowl & turn it over to keep the chemicals out. I like having the texting feeds to communicate with the technician & keep me informed of any alerts or updates. Thank you Vinx Pest Control!
