Reviews
The service technition was very professional and attentive. He started our conversation by asking about my specific concerns and explaining how he would address them. I really appreciated his approach and was very pleased with the service I received.
Miscommunications are a fact of life. We had one, but the owner of Vinx called me personally. He did not call to blame or argue, but to sincerely see what could be improved on their end. He listened carefully, apologized, and vowed to work on that with the staff. Conflicts can escalate quickly when emotionally charged and both parties defensive. But his respectful professionalism eliminated that element.
Conflict resolved.
Excellent.
