They came out to give me an estimate on a minisplit cleaning. They were prompt, professional and knowledgeable and did not charge me ANYTHING to look at the unit and give me a price - which was less than half of what Five Star HVAC wanted! The job was then completed but I have deducted a star because my hose was left in disarray, dirt was tracked onto my rug, I was asked for paper towels (why this is something he didn't have is beyond me!), and dirty paper towels and an almost empty can of cleaner were left sitting outside my house. I didn't appreciate any of that.

CHAD, the tech that came to my house was: Professional, friendly, prompt, thorough, competent and took added time to explain each and every step of the way while he was in my home . Just excellent, great customer service from him. I would recommend Chad to anyone. I take nothing from who he is. I did run into some issues in the end was billing which they did come back and fix the issue. Being up front from the door and friendly when going into someone’s home goes a long way.
