today was my first day to ever see them. From the front desk to the back the staff was very courteous and friendly. I seen Dr. Tanner he was very informative and I was very comfy with him . I will definitely be back .

I had an exceptional experience with Upstate Dermatology. They were wonderfully professional and genuinely concerned with me and my well being. Mahek provided tremendous customer service in that she maintained communication with me and had a deep knowledge of my ailment and treatment. She is a great asset. Dr Vlad was the consummate professional and put me at ease with his skill set and personal demeanor. I will go nowhere else.

After many bad experiences with other places, this place was a breath of fresh air. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff is great! They got me in and seen very quickly and we're very attentive to my needs. I highly recommend this place.
