10/10 — I would absolutely recommend these guys! I called on a whim because I needed just one single screw. That was it! I figured it was a long shot, but they told me to swing by and they’d take care of me. No questions asked, they met me right at the door and got me exactly what I needed. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. They went above and beyond for something so small, and that says a lot about how they treat their customers..
I had an unstable PC. They took it in, cleaned out all the viruses, and when it was still unstable from the aftermath, they even helped swap the motherboard and case! The diagnostics are pretty solid and even their typical prices are really reasonable. The PC seems fine for now, but any quirks that might come up again aren't gonna be missed by this business. Our ISP went down. Miracle Hill Ministries had no internet in any stores. Upstate Computer loaned us a Hot Spot to use. They were nice and professional. We appreciate Upstate Computer's willingness to help in a desperate situation!
