Kim was wonderful, my hair was medium length and she cut it into a pixie. This was a drastic difference for me. I loved the way we talked it out before she actually did the cut. The best part of my experience came after I went home and realized that the sides should be a little shorter, sent her an email and she quickly replied and we set a time for me to come back in. In closing, love my new hair cut and highly recommend her.
