Great inspection by Gary. We had a new construction, so not much was expected to be wrong, but he was able to find some deficiencies that the builder will have to resolve. Very knowledgeable and always reachable by phone. Loved the drone pictures of the house/property. He also used a thermal imaging camera to show sources of heat/cooling.
