I don’t typically do reviews. But I was charged $60 for a fill-in they said because one of my nails had broken off two of my nails were bleeding when I left and nails don’t even look smooth. Color was not what I asked for as well.
I came in at the last minute not realizing it was closing time, regardless they still took me in and treated me with respect. They did a wonderful job. They also have great prices, very reasonable ? ? ? ?
I used to go to this salon a lot because of how close by it was. The last time I went, the nail technician didn't even try to trim my nails despite asking for a deluxe manicure. I don't know why she thought I didn't want the basic task done, but it felt like she was too lazy to give me the proper service and I had to speak up and explicitly tell her I wanted them cut. The poor experience discouraged me from ever going again.
