I recently had a spinal cord injury and can’t climb up in to the nail chair. I really missed having my toes pretty after all that. I called around and no one would see me. Lovely Nails gave me a great pedi and gel and she even sat in the floor to paint my piggies. 🐷 I will forever remember how kind they they were and didn’t make me feel weird. I am getting close to climbing that chair again but will always go to Lovely Nails. It really meant so much at a time in my life I needed a little kindness. Thank you for improvising Lovely Nails!!! I’ll be back soon!!!

The past few times I have went I haven’t been happy with there services. This past time I went just a few days ago I got a pedicure and I asked my nail tech 5 times if he could get out my ingrowns, he couldn’t understand me so the other workers told him but he still didn’t get them out. I paid $55 for a luxury pedicure to still leave in pain. The main reason I get pedicures is to get those out. He also barely cut down my nail. I got home and had to redo my pedicure. The massage he provided was very nice though!
