Customers have been satisfied with the quick turnaround, accurate paint matching, and resolution of various issues, from cosmetic damage to mechanical problems.
I can’t recommend Crispin at Legacy enough! He not only fixed my car but also helped handle the billing with the party at fault. On top of that, he went above and beyond — super friendly, great quality work, and excellent communication throughout! My car has never looked better!
I highly recommend this shop. The owner Mr. Shelby is a kind, generous man. I was referred to this place by a coworker. I drove there to get a possible estimate on my door handle that stopped working. The owner took a look at it and proceeded to fix it at no charge. The dealership wanted to charge me $270 just to "diagnose" the problem. I was blown away at the owners kindness. I know the business can't possibly fix everyone's vehicle issues for free, but this 62 year old lady is very appreciative.
Highly recommend. Crispin is very experienced at what he does. Took both of our vehicles in for cosmetic repair and he way more than met my expectations. I was really nervous about getting the big scratch fixed on our 2020 acadia but the paint match and finish was impeccable. I had some questions and he walked me through the whole process and reassured me. He also got both of the jobs done quickly! Very fair pricing as well.
