Absolutely — here’s a more polished version that still feels warm and genuine:
I can’t say enough great things about Taylor and the service he provided. He came out to help us with discoloration we were experiencing on the tile in our shower and spent several hours thoroughly cleaning and restoring it. By the time he was finished, the tile looked brand new!
What impressed us just as much as the results was the time Taylor took afterward to walk us through proper care moving forward. He went above and beyond to explain which cleaners he recommends, what products to avoid, and the best practices for keeping the discoloration from happening again.
Great experience beginning with Nina in the showroom. What could have been an overwhelming experience was met with ease and professionalism unmatched. She was able to understand our overall vision and add to it. The craftsman who came to install were efficient and professional in every way. We feel very confident in referring any and all friends to this business. .

Nina and the whole crew at Inline Tile were amazing to work with. Had a few little things with outlets and they sent someone out who really took the time to care and get it right. Highly recommend you put your trust in them! I will next time I need tiling done.
