GroundsMaster and Liquid Pools

As with anything, your experience might be different. However, My experience was non-existent because their guy (Justin) failed to show up TWICE! I wasted a whole afternoon waiting as Hannah said he’d be here this afternoon. I started this process 9/12 asking if they did turf care. Hannah didn’t know and needed to get back to me, which she did. So I forwarded my program another landscaper was going to do and she said he forwarded it to Justin. She then sent me their program with no prices and some items left out, . So I asked about it and prices on 9/12, which she replied to on 9/16 saying Justin would be out that week to give me a price. Asked what day to make sure I put my dogs in. She replied next day saying she didn’t know a date and would let me know tomorrow (9/17). I never heard back until today 9/23, saying Justin would be out this afternoon. He never showed and I never got a call. Now, unless he showed up and we don’t/didn’t know it, but doubtful as my dogs would’ve let us know. Oh well, must not need business. On to someone who wants some biz!

Thank you to Aaron and Joe for helping us with our backyard projects. We are very pleased with the spa makeover and the new retaining wall. I smile every time I look in my back yard now. Thank you for that and doing a great job communicating with us all a long the way! Jeff and Dorie
