i had been working for weeks and could not find time to go get a haircut. I went online and put the the information and the web told me there was a 6 minute wait. When I arrived there were 2 ladies and each had a customer in the chair. I only waited 3 minutes and I was the last customer of the day. This really nice lady named Celeste cut my hair. I knew she had a great amount of experience because she cut my hair perfect. This was the best haircut I have ever had in my entire life. Celeste, Thank you!!!!

I went to another Great Clips yesterday and ended up with a pretty uneven haircut. When I got home and saw how bad it looked, I decided to go back—but this time I went to the Riverside Great Clips. I’m so glad I did! The staff there were really nice and understanding. I don’t remember their names, but it was a tall gentleman with a beard and a redheaded woman who fixed my hair. They did such a great job with just that quick fix that they’ve definitely won me over as a new regular client. Thanks again! And see you in about 4 weeks!

The girls didn't get the double cow lick in the back of my son's head saying it was job insurance so I would come back in a week. I got a little upset that they continued to laugh and say it and I had to insist that they fix it.... I just didn't care for that.
