“Recently, Dr. Adam Carraway and Kaitlin completed a two-part procedure for me, and as always there was absolutely no pain or discomfort at all. They made sure I was comfortable at all times. My only concern was that in being so comfortable I would fall asleep and start snoring. I've been a patient at this practice for about 40 years (with Dr. Adam Carraway since 2019 following Dr. Dickert), and NEVER have I had any pain or discomfort during any procedure and that includes having my wisdom teeth pulled and injections in the roof of my mouth. Cove Dental Care truly makes patient comfort a priority.But outstanding patient care at Cove goes beyond the dental chair. It's found in the front office as well. Here's an example that means so much to me that I just have to take some extra space here to describe it:I was having some confusion with my insurance and after multiple calls to the insurance company, the confusion only increased as different agents were giving me different answers.Eventually, I spoke with Sherri in the front office at Cove and told her I would bring my insurance papers to her the next day to make copies in hopes they could explain my coverage. I assumed it would take them days or weeks to give me an answer.Wow was I wrong. The next day when I went in to have Sherri make the copies, I was warmly greeted by Travis, the operations manager, who already had everything figured out, organized and itemized. I then realized that Sherri had already begun working on my questions even before I got there with the paperwork to copy. Travis then explained in about ten minutes what the insurance company couldn't explain in hours, and he even had already made adjustments to my account. I was so impressed with Travis' professionalism and sincere desire to help me. Absolutely outstanding service from Sherri who went far beyond the expected, and from Travis and Dr. Adam Carraway.Thank you, ladies in the front office, Sherri, Maegan, and Jeanne (recently retired) for always providing a cheerful and warm welcome.
