We used Window World of Greenwood 3 years ago to replace half of our windows and doors. At that time, we reviewed them with 5 stars because of the amazing service they gave us.This week they returned to complete the other half of our house, and I was thrilled that nothing about their service had changed! From Kim in the office, Andy our sales rep, and Brandon who did the work, we had the pleasure of working with the same people 3 years ago! Brandon was so wonderful, professional, and meticulous when installing new windows in my sunroom. He even had to build up part of the wall, as I switched from full sized sliding doors all around my sunroom to windows, yet my yard and sunroom were always clean at the end of each work day. Cannot wait for Brandon to come back to change out a storm door because I know it’ll be done correctly and in a reasonable amount of time.
