We worked with Kristen to purchase our home in Greenwood ten years ago. She was great then. When it came time to sell I called her up and though we'd lost contact over the years she remembered details about our family that made me realize she really is personal with her clients. Houses in our neighborhood stay on the market for 6 months or longer. With her guidance and hard work on her part, we sold in less than two months. The listing, photography, and drone work she put together wowed everyone we showed it to. Service above and beyond.I had to leave prior to the sale, when issues arose with the buyers home inspection she had them resolved for us quickly and at fair prices. Best realtor I have worked with. I Highly recommend her.
